How to return

Returns should be easy and hassle free, which is why we've set up a handy online form for you to fill out. You can access this form by going to the following link. https://www.ark-air.com/index.php?route=account/return/add


After you complete the form we will email you a returns ID number which should be written on your package (This allows us to easily identify each return).

The Policy

- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. They do not need to arrive with us in that time period , you have a further 14 days, but you must fill out the returns form.

- We cannot accept used or damaged goods (this obviously excludes any faulty items). Please include all packaging and labels but you may keep posters and leaflets.

- Refunds and exchange can take up to 7 days to complete due to bank processing times.

- Postage refunds will be given for faulty items, however, standard exchanges are made at the buyer's cost. 


Faulty Items
