How to return


Returns should be easy and hassle free, which is why we've set up a handy online form for you to fill out. You can access this form using the returns section at the bottom of the page (in the footer). After you complete the form we will email you a returns ID number which should be written on your package (This allows us to easily identify each return).

The Policy


- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods. They do not need to arrive with us in that time period, but you must fill out the returns form.


- We cannot accept used, worn, or damaged goods (This obviously excludes any faulty items). Please include all packaging and labels but you may keep posters and leaflets.


- Refunds and exchange can take up to 7 days to complete due to bank processing times.


- Postage refunds will be given for faulty items, however, standard exchanges are made at the buyer's cost.
